These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SLApulse ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SLApulse is a cloud-based SLA monitoring service that integrates with issue management systems (currently Jira Cloud, with more platforms on the roadmap) via webhooks and OAuth connections. SLApulse monitors SLA compliance, detects breach risk proactively, and provides reporting and email alerts.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@slapulse.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share credentials with third parties or allow multiple individuals to use the same account unless your plan explicitly permits it.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, access is suspended until a paid subscription is activated. Data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry before permanent deletion.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. All prices are listed in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you send to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant SLApulse a limited licence to store, process, and display Customer Data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
We do not sell Customer Data. We do not use it to train models or for any purpose other than operating the Service. On account closure, Customer Data is deleted within 90 days upon request.
SLApulse connects to third-party services (currently Jira Cloud, with Zendesk, Linear, and others on the roadmap) through webhooks and OAuth connections you configure. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with their respective terms of service.
We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance with or without advance notice. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
SLApulse and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are the property of SLApulse and protected by applicable intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLApulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
SLApulse does not warrant that the Service is error-free or that SLA calculations are guaranteed accurate in all scenarios. You are responsible for validating outputs against your own SLA obligations.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. You may terminate at any time by contacting contact@slapulse.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
